In the past 5 years, we have had 37 LPNs enter our 1 year LPN-RN program as transfer students.
Of these 37 transfer students:

Courses taken at nationally or regionally accredited institutions may be applied toward a degree at Hesston College if they are comparable to courses offered at Hesston. Only courses with grades of C or better are considered. Transfer students seeking a degree must meet all Hesston College graduation requirements including those for residency and grade point average. Students who hold a bachelor’s degree or a previous associate degree from Hesston College are generally considered to have met all general education requirements and are classified as undergraduate specials. Individual career programs reserve the right to require certain general education courses if appropriate to the needs of their graduates or if missing from the student’s previous experiences.

All full-time single students without children, 23 years of age or younger are required to live in the dorms or at home with a parent or guardian. Any special exceptions must be approved by the vice president of student life. Incoming students age 21, 22, or 23 who wish to live off campus must submit a written request to the vice president of student life.
Residency: One semester of full-time study or a minimum of 30 Hesston College hours. Twenty of final 30 hours must be earned at Hesston College |
